Ford Mobile Service Vans

The Mobile Service vans are able to service and repair Ford commercial vehicles at the owner's convenience, with a pre-arranged time slot and location to minimise downtime. Each van is able to conduct up to five vehicle services per day, with the potential to undertake multiple services at any location, subject to health and safety risk assessments. Other work includes light maintenance and warranty repairs.

The vans are equipped with a specially-designed racking system by Edstrom, including custom shelving, storage and compartments to hold all the tools required to carry out a comprehensive service. Equipment includes a 2.5-tonne jack and axle stands to allow technicians easy access to the underside of vehicles, on-board diagnostics, allowing servicing of all Ford vehicles in the range. Ford's Omnicraft parts range also enables the Mobile Service van technician on site to service and maintain non-Ford vehicles.

Routine maintenance services ranging from Oil and Filter Change to Brake Services and Batteries to Tire Rotation and Wiper Replacement. We also offer service for Fluids and Filters, Lamps and Bulbs, Diagnostic Scanning, Software Updates, and Accessories, as well as PSA and applicable Recalls.

For residents of apartment complexes, permission would need to be granted in advance. Any restricted sites need to provide prior approval or gate passes, if applicable. Must have an adequate flat service area available to use that will accommodate both the Service van and the vehicle being serviced. Phil Long Ford of Chapel Hills is currently fulfilling Mobile service within a 45-minute, one-way drive.

Not at this time. However, you are able to apply Ford Pass Reward Points for Mobile Service.

Yes, Mobile Service technicians are Ford factory-trained and certified. These are Phil Long Ford of Chapel Hills Ford Certified Service Technicians. We do not outsource Technicians for Mobile Services.

There is a dedicated Service Menu for Mobile Services. There is a multi-vehicle discount. If you are booking Service for multiple vehicles in one location, only one vehicle will be charged at Mobile rates and the additional vehicles are charged at the regular rate (Maximum 5 vehicles per Service visit). Please ask your Advisor or Mobile Concierge for details.
