Cars Under the Stars Movie Night
We Hosted Our 5th Annual Cars Under the Stars Event
For a 5th year, we brought the community together with a free event that supported Shield616, a local nonprofit dedicated to providing live-saving protective gear to first responders. The fun-filled afternoon included a BBQ lunch for attendees, a Nerf battle with Colorado Springs Police Department's SWAT team, a Lego build with Monument Fire Department staff and more, ending with a drive-in style showing of Top Gun: Maverick. During the event, bulletproof vests were presented to members of Colorado Springs Police Department, El Paso County Sherriff's Office, and Monument Fire Department.

Santa on Patrol
Ford of Chapel Hills, Shield616, Toys for Tots
and the Colorado Springs Police Department partner to spread holiday cheer by
delivering toys to in-need communities in Colorado Springs. Ford of Chapel
Hills helped collect and distribute toys to hundreds of children (with the help
of Santa, of course), providing a memorable holiday experience to families in
Colorado Springs.
School Sponsorships
Ford of Chapel Hills supports student-athletes across the Pikes Peak region. Sponsorships have included Palmer Ridge Cheer, Sierra High School Football and other school activities and youth sports in our community.
Shield616
Phil Long Ford of Chapel Hills is proud to support Shield616 and its mission of providing life-saving equipment to first responders in our community. Shield616 provides essential protective gear to peace officers and first responders to keep them safe in the line of duty as they serve our community.
Jim Hickey
Cancer Walk
In summer of 2022, Phil Long Ford of Chapel
Hills had the privilege of supporting Jim Hickey in his mission to raise funds
and support for children with cancer. Jim walked 80 miles from Colorado Springs
to the Children's Hospital in Aurora to support children battling cancer.

Mt. Carmel Veterans Service CenterÂ
Phil
Long Ford of Chapel Hills is proud to help veterans in our community by
supporting Mt. Carmel Veterans Service Center. Mt. Carmel Veteran's Service
Center (VSC) was established in 2016 to support our local, active-duty military
members, veterans and their families. Mt. Carmel VSC is a multi-service center
that offers assistance in:
- Transition and Employment
- Veteran and Family Resources
- Behavioral Health and Wellness
Backpack Bash
We are proud to help every child start school strong! Together, Phil Long Dealerships and our customers have contributed over 300 backpacks to students in need.
We Joined Ford Dealers across the Globe to Fight Hunger
As part of Ford Motor Company's community initiative, Ford Building Together, we joined other Ford stores worldwide in hosting food drives. Donations collected at each Phil Long location benefitted Food Bank of the Rockies, Care and Share for Southern Colorado, and The Raton Hunger Pantry.
Supporting the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Museum's Anniversary Festival
To help the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Museum celebrate its fifth anniversary, we lent trucks and SUVs to the museum to transport athletes and event equipment during the festival.
