The Tesla Model X comes with a 100-kWh battery combined with two electric motors. One is used for the front wheels, while the other is on the rear wheels to provide all-wheel-drive. 2021 Mustang Mach-E EV Range & Battery

The 2021 Mustang Mach-E features an estimated range between 210 and 300 miles, depending on the motor and battery pack. It should have a more extensive charging network than Tesla, with up to 35,000 stations. With a 240-volt outlet, you can get 80 percent of battery life overnight. With the Intelligent Range feature, you will never worry about when you need a recharge.

2020 Tesla Model X EV Range & Battery

The Model X Long Range has a driving range of 328 miles. The Performance Model goes 305 miles instead. At a 240-volt outlet, you can fully charge the Model X in just about ten hours. However, the Supercharger will provide 115 miles in 15 minutes.

2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E Safety

There are no crash test ratings on the Mach-E yet, but we know there will be plenty of available technology. Look for a forward-collision warning, automated emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, lane-keeping assist, and lane-departure warning. These driver-assist technologies are bundled in the Ford Co-Pilot360 advanced safety suite. The Hands-Free driving technology is slated to be safer than Tesla's AutoPilot feature by disengaging if the driver's eyes sway away from the road.

2020 Tesla Model X Safety

There are no crash test ratings for this model year, but it does come with a good amount of standard safety equipment. The Autopilot suite comes with forward-collision warning, side collision warning, adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring, a surround-view parking camera system, lane-keep assistance, automatic high-beam headlights, and parking sensors. Tesla's Autopilot technology is helpful but also very controversial.
